Welcome to my website. Sometimes it is daunting to reach out for support so I am pleased to see you here.

I offer individualised psychological therapy ONLINE for adolescents and adults with a range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, stress, low self confidence, Eating Disorders, trauma and more. I aim for therapy to be flexible, convenient and tailored and your needs.

I also provide specialist neuropsychological treatment for a range of neurological conditions.

I am based in Salisbury, Wiltshire but offer online therapy and so anyone can access my services throughout the UK.
